We're looking for motivated Engineering Co‑Op and Intern students who want real‑world experience working alongside engineers, technicians, designers, and manufacturing professionals in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

As an Engineering Co‑Op or Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting engineering and product development projects from concept through production.

• Assisting with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and product development projects
• Creating and updating CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation
• Supporting prototype development, testing, and validation activities
• Assisting with design improvements and engineering change implementation
• Participating in product assembly, troubleshooting, and performance testing
• Supporting manufacturing process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Working with engineering teams to solve technical challenges
• Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Participating in customer demonstrations, product evaluations, and technology development projects
• Learning how products move from design to manufacturing and final delivery

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

• Experience with CAD software such as Solid Works, Fusion 360, Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Hands‑on experience through personal projects, robotics teams, engineering clubs, internships, or technical coursework
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, prototyping, or product development
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing principles
