Systems Engineer; Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering activities throughout the system development lifecycle
• Develop, analyze, and maintain system requirements and associated traceability
• Create and maintain MBSE models using Cameo
• Support architecture development, requirements decomposition, and system analysis efforts
• Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts and technical documentation
• Participate in technical reviews, design discussions, and engineering assessments
• Collaborate with software, test, and systems engineering teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and verified
• Support customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 2 years of related experience; or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with 0–2 years of related experience (Level
  2)
• Active, in‑scope DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience with requirements management using DOORS
• Experience with Cameo and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of related experience; or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline with 3 years of related experience (Level
  3)
• Experience using Cameo (Magic Draw) and DOORS
• Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience using SysML to model complex systems
• Experience with architecture development, functional decomposition, requirements development and allocation, and interface definition
• Strong systems engineering background supporting complex technical systems
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% in support of program needs

Entry Level

Permanent position based out of Huntsville, AL.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $ per year.
