Electronics Engineer III, Interim Secret

Description: Join Our Team as an Avionics Electrical Systems Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state‑of‑the‑art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.

You will work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full‑time.

As an Electrical Systems Engineer
, you will serve as the technical lead and responsible product engineer for missile electronics, working in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.

• Lead an interdisciplinary technical team in the development and production of electronics circuit card assemblies, units, and related test equipment.
• Review engineering designs, test plans, and associated manufacturing and test procedures.
• Work on a cross‑functional team in the development and integration of world class avionics systems.
• Resolve test anomalies and troubleshoot, as well as generate, review, and present Product Certification documentation and support system level testing.

• Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.
• Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.
• Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers.
• Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
• Missile design experience.

• 3+ years of professional experience for this role.
• Current DoD Interim Secret clearance or greater, thus you are a US Citizen.

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with design of digital or analog circuits.
• Experience with product qualification, requirements verification, and certification.
• Current DoD interim Secret clearance or higher, thus US citizenship is required.

• Experience overseeing the production and test of electronics assemblies.
• Experience on Space and/or Missile Defense missions.
• Experience in product team leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment and build consensus among peers.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability and self‑initiative in solving complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Existing DoD Secret clearance.

This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

The annual base salary range for this position in selected states is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
