Summary:

** We are looking for a farm supervisor who needs to have strong leadership and communication skills. Experience is the primary factor in landing a job as a poultry farm , but college courses or a degree in a relevant field, such as agribusiness or animal science, is recommended.

* Job Description:

*** Ensures the safety and efficiency of poultry farm operations
* Prioritizes tasks and decides on the necessary amount of machinery and number of workers
* Records data and creates reports on worker attendance, budget, supplies and animal growth
* Assigns duties to farm workers and ensures that they are carried out in an efficient manner
* Oversees the machinery that performs certain tasks, such as egg collection
* Trains new workers, provides care to injured or ill livestock, and enforces workplace sanitation practices to prevent the spread of disease

Job Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a farm setting is required
* Bachelor's degree with some study in business
* Good communication skills
* Great interpersonal skills
* Sound work ethic and able to supervise team
* Ability to work in any environment
