MPH Requirement and Verification Lead

Aerodyne Industries Careers seeks an MPH Requirement and Verification Lead to support NASA and human spaceflight programs. In this role, you will own end-to-end requirements management, verification planning, and traceability for complex engineering and IT systems. You will define verification strategies, review technical designs, develop and oversee test plans, and ensure compliance with NASA and program standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive mission assurance, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver thorough documentation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements definition, analysis, and management for NASA-related systems
• Develop and maintain verification and validation strategies and plans
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, design, tests, and deliverables
• Review technical designs for compliance with requirements and NASA standards
• Develop, review, and oversee execution of test plans, procedures, and reports
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical and verification-related risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, IT, and operations teams
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and verification evidence
• Support audits, reviews, and customer interactions related to requirements and V&VPromote best practices in systems engineering, configuration management, and mission assurance
