* ** Primary Responsibilities.*
* +  _Lead discussions in definition of scope for the respective Control Accounts (CA) and decomposition of discrete, deliverable-oriented, tasking and setting expectations for your respective project team members._

+  _Plan and execute a hardware centric project - define Control Account (CA) tasks and required resources necessary to maintain CAs and program objectives._

+  _Communicate and review staffing needs with associated functional managers across each Control Accounts (CA)._

+  _Coordinate CA focused program activities across multiple functional group activities_

+  _Fully responsible for directing technical/functional resources to perform work associated with assigned Control Accounts (CA)._

+  _Review labor reports on a weekly basis and compare to the baseline and forecast._

+  _Review and analyze EVM data at the work package (WP) and control account (CA) level._

+  _Ownership of the CA budgets and schedules:_

+  _Variance analysis (SPI/CPI/TCPI)_

+  _Schedule analysis (BEI/CEI)_

+  _BCR submittals_

+  _Status of work package tasks under assigned control account_

+  _Validation of actual costs charged to the assigned control accounts_

+  _Development and implementation of corrective actions_

+  _Generation of timely Estimated to Completes (ETC)._

+  _Review, approve, and disseminate Control Account Work Authorizations (CAWA) to team members through-out the program's lifecycle and baseline control process._

+  _Responsible for entering all monthly inputs in the Leidos EVM tool (LENS). Includes changes related to integrated master schedule (IMS) status, baseline change requests (BCRs), estimate to complete (ETC) and variance analysis reporting (VAR), writing schedule/cost recovery plans._

+  _Participate in the proposal process by providing schedule, cost and resource inputs._

+  _Provide inputs to the risk, issue, and opportunity review board._

+  _Work to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the areas of responsibility._

+  _Evaluate and guide daily execution activities in support of program objectives._

+  _Routinely evaluate program technical and programmatic metrics to ensure successful execution of respective CA's._

+  _Work with program schedulers to updates/status required to maintain program schedule._

+  _Manage risk and identify opportunities at the CA level including working with the IPT to develop mitigation strategies and plans to realize opportunities._

+  _Identify capability or process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement_

+  _Actively participate in change management including developing business cases for changes recommended by the IPT, assessing supply chain vulnerability related to contemplated changes and incorporating changes approved by the Change Control Board._

+  _Provide support to the PMO in mitigating cost, schedule, and technical risks related to materials used on the program._

+  _Foster intra-project coordination and communication._

** Basic Qualifications.*
* +  _Typically requires a BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience._

+ Demonstrated experience in a prior CAM or EVM role

+ This position requires knowledge in the development, maintenance, and/or tracking of:
Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), the change management process, the work authorization process, forecasting Estimates at Completion (EACs), and implementing corrective actions.

+ Knowledge of customer reporting (i.e., Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR or IPMDAR), etc.)

+ Project management or project control experience working with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), IMS, and work authorizations

+ Understanding of cost and schedule development as well as controls to conduct root cause analysis developing variance rationale and recovery plans,as needed.

Experience with development of Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC)

+

Experience with baseline change control processes and monthly schedule status processes

+ Capable of working independently as well as within a team

+ Familiar with integration of EVMS and risk management

+ Partnering with multiple program functions to develop courses of action tomaintainprogram schedule and cost baselines.

+ Coordinating near term schedule and execution plans with Manufacturing.
