This role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. • BSEE+ with 10+ years and commensurate experience leading engineering teams
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team performance
• Experience leading a team to include, but are not limited to:
  Electrical and Mechanical engineers, technicians, designers, and PCB layout (Multi-disciplinary)
• Experience with design and development of products and services
• Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Current DoD Security Clearance
• Experience implementing established Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality and consistency
• Sound interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
