Junior Electrical Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer to support IT and systems engineering projects for government and commercial clients. In this role, you will assist in the design, analysis, and testing of digital and power distribution systems, support integration of hardware with software-driven solutions, and help troubleshoot performance and reliability issues. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document designs and test results, and follow industry and government standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of electrical systems and components
• Support integration of electrical hardware with software-driven solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical designs
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and test reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and IT teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry and government standards
• Participate in design reviews and support implementation on customer projects
