Vali Incorporated seeks a highly qualified candidate to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as a Basic Analyst in Department of Defense Budget/Financial Analysis. This position will support the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL, assisting with DoD Budget/Financial Analysis.

• Learn to perform financial management tasks under supervision of an Advanced Analyst:
• Research and analyze data using DOD's Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution paradigm.
• Track, analyze, and execute program funding; prepare monthly reports.
• Utilize financial systems efficiently.
• Use automated systems to initiate Purchase Requests (PRs), including generating MIPRs and contract modifications.

• BA/BS in business with 0 years' experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must obtain and maintain a security clearance.

• Knowledge of DoD PPBES methods for decision making and policy.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel with advanced functions and pivot tables.
