Finance Lead (M4)
The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the ICP Portfolio containing CP contracts with projected annual sales of ~$60M. This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. The candidate's responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of the program, managing all aspects of Earned Value and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across program requirements. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) in one of these locations:
Tucson, AZ;
Huntsville, AL or Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
- Manage Forecasts, Long Range Planning (LRP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255
- Support and drive a monthly EV cadence – BCRs, LREs, VARs
- Utilize and share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team
- Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete
- Provide thorough cost and profitability analysis
- Prepare and present financial information in Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required
- Provide Contract Funding Analysis
- Training and development of the finance team
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance related working experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance related working experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
- Experience with SAP APEX, Rplan, and/or EDIT+
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
- Must be independent and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve with ability to meet critical deadlines
- Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
