The Syndication Loans Associate at vnbcareers will work directly with the Head of Loan Syndications to arrange, structure, negotiate, syndicate and execute club syndicated lending transactions for commercial, industrial, specialty finance and real estate borrowers.
You will support the team, prepare marketing materials, manage deal site information, and coordinate with Credit Risk Management to control exposure while pursuing revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities.
