Program Integration/Acquisition Specialist
Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee‑owned company, is looking to add a strong, ambitious, dedicated, and self‑motivated Program Integration/Acquisition Specialist to our team. The candidate will perform a variety of acquisition roles supporting a complex EW program for an acquisition product office with Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors. Provide acquisition strategy and contract strategy development and analysis during pre‑solicitation through contract execution.
Provide guidance on regulatory requirements governed by the FAR/DFAR/DoD Directive 5000 series. Develop government Contract Requirement Packages for multiple contract types: service, R&D, IDIQ, cost type contracts, firm fixed price contracts and incentive type contracts. Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure. Support development and/or review of acquisition and program management documentation, briefings and white papers.
Assist with development of Statements of Work/ Performance Work Statements, CDRLs, source selection plans, determinations and findings, justifications and approvals (J&A), bona fide need statements, and other contract related documentation. Provide review and comment on contractor technical evaluations and/or independent government cost estimates. Help establish long range procurement objectives for requirements to be executed each fiscal year.
- US Citizen with a current DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, self‑starter, and detail‑oriented.
- Interpret acquisition regulations and guidance; apply innovative methods.
- Bachelor's degree with 14 years direct experience as a DoD contracting professional or a master's degree with 11 years direct experience as a DoD contracting professional.
- DoD Acquisition Workforce Certification Level III in Program Management or Contracting.
- Previous experience with Other Transactional Authority (OTA) Contracts.
- Previous experience with the Army Contracting Command.
