• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across facilities to identify potential hazards
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety policies and procedures
• Support safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance
• Investigate safety incidents and prepare detailed reports to identify root causes and corrective actions
• Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety standards and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or safety certifications such as OSHA 30 or OSHA 510 preferred
• Proven experience in safety management, industrial hygiene, or related field
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Strong observational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct safety training and presentations effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
