Dean Medical Group is seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team at the Madison North High Point clinic. This role provides evaluation and treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Evaluate and treat individuals in speech, language, oral and pharyngeal function, cognitive or communicative function.

• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Educate and counsel patients and family regarding treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical records and follow performance improvement recommendations.
• Plan and assist with patient discharge from speech therapy services; provide information regarding appropriate support programs.
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree

• No experience required

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0‑25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25‑50 lbs.
• Rare climbing.

Resuscitation Certification Requirement:
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 days of employment. Other resuscitation certifications may be required dependent on department.
