• Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested.
• Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, including locations, hours of operation, fire exits and safety features.
• Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.
• Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness (trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping, emptying trash cans, checking the business center and pool area and workout facilities for neatness and cleanliness).
• Deliver messages, packages and mail to guests.
• Perform airport pick‑ups and drop‑offs as scheduled.
• Park cars when guests request valet service in the approved valet parking areas, retrieve valeted cars as requested and bring them to front of the hotel for the guest.
• Maintain traffic flow at all times in the front of the hotel and parking areas.

• Position requires availability either 3 pm to 11 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm.
• Position requires at least 6 months of previous guest/customer face‑to‑face experience.
• Position requires a valid driver’s license without violations.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push a bell cart weighing up to 100 pounds.
