Position OverviewKODA Technologies is seeking a proactive and people‑focused HR & Team Member Engagement Specialist to support and enhance the Team Member experience across the company. This role blends traditional human resources and talent acquisition responsibilities with tasks that strengthen engagement, communication, and culture in a fast‑paced government contracting environment.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and engaging professional who brings a positive, outgoing presence to the workplace and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional team member and candidate experience. This role requires a strong passion for people, culture, and talent acquisition, along with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Assist with a range of Human Resources daily tasks and special projects
- Support team member engagement strategies and initiatives
- Plan and execute team member events, recognition programs, training, and other activities
- Partner with leadership to strengthen communication
- Assist with recruitment coordination, interview logistics, and candidate experience
- Lead new‑hire orientation to ensure a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience
- Promote KODA branding through internal programs and external platforms (e.g., Linked In)
- Support learning and development initiatives and career growth programs
- Create and distribute HR communications, newsletters, and engagement content
- Maintain the HR and KODA Academy Share Point
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in human resources, team member engagement, or a related role
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and in creating digital graphics
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Experience in a government contracting environment
- Experience planning corporate events or engagement campaigns
- Experience with Constant Contact
