KODA Technologies is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR & Team Member Engagement Specialist to support and enhance the Team Member experience across the company. This role blends traditional human resources and talent acquisition responsibilities with tasks that strengthen engagement, communication, and culture in a fast‑paced government contracting environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic and engaging professional who brings a positive, outgoing presence to the workplace and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional team member and candidate experience.
