Join to apply for the Power Apps Developer role at Avion Solutions, Inc. Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Power Apps Developer to support the PEO Missiles and Space, Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office
. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) integrated with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications and workflows.
• Maintain documentation of solutions, architecture, and processes.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of developed solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including list/library customization, permissions, and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based development environments.
• Familiarity with relational databases and integration with on-premises SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Power BI development and reporting.
