We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and coach software development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Agile environments, with a strong focus on Scrum practices.
This role requires a servant-leader mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to foster continuous improvement across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor multiple Scrum teams to deliver software products efficiently and effectively.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts to ensure smooth progress and delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to groom backlogs, define user stories, and prioritize work.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing team performance and implementing Agile best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and organizational policies.
- Work cross-functionally with developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Track and communicate team metrics and progress to leadership.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and learning.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe preferred).
- Proven success in delivering software projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally).
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments.
- Background in software development or QA.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively in remote or distributed team setups.
