Cloud DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop, manage, and optimize Azure Dev Ops pipelines.
• Administer and support cloud environments on Azure and/or AWS.
• Perform Linux and Windows system administration tasks.
• Apply DISA STIG (Secure Technical Implementation Guides) where necessary.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Support Kubernetes deployments and administration.
• Implement and manage cloud networking solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops or Gitlab.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Ansible, and Power Shell.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus but not required.

This is a Contract position based out of Huntsville, AL, and the role is hybrid.

Pay range: $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
