Job Title: USPS Helpdesk and Manual Tester Specialist
Summary: The USPS Helpdesk and Manual Tester Specialist provides technical support, hardware troubleshooting, software validation, and customer service for USPS operational systems. This hybrid position includes approximately 70 percent hardware-focused work and 30 percent software and application testing. The role involves validating and modifying web-based manifest applications, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting Tier 2 escalations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with USPS, logistics, or government systems.
- Background supporting or testing manifesting, logistics, or shipping applications.
- Knowledge of Tier 2 troubleshooting processes and escalation procedures.
- Familiarity with USPS hardware such as scanners, printers, and kiosks.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment supporting USPS hardware and web applications.
- Hybrid role with hands-on hardware work and software testing duties.
- Cross-functional collaboration with technical and operational teams.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have lived in the United States for at least 7 years.
- A Public Trust clearance is required for this position.
