Position Overview
Join us in supporting the development, advancement, and sustainment of weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will work with a team experienced in environments including ground, near-space, space, and related systems to meet current and future strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). Qineti
Q collaborates with USSF and DoD to design, develop, deploy, and maintain critical national security requirements.
We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist in Huntsville, AL. The role involves supporting acquisition processes for successful program management, particularly with highly classified ACAT-like MILSATCOM systems aimed at fulfilling space and software requirements, and coordinating with higher headquarters on mission objectives.
Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in acquiring highly classified ACAT-like MILSATCOM systems.
- Experience supporting ACAT-like Defense Acquisition Boards (DABs).
- Proven ability to develop and coordinate activities/documentation for major ACAT-like programs.
- Deep knowledge in evaluating technical solicitation products and ensuring technical rigor and compliance.
- Strong understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process.
- Experience supporting acquisition programs.
- MA/MS degree.
- TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command.
- MS Suite certification(s).
