Shift: Day shift -- The position may require off-hours support, some travel may be required
Description of Duties- Provide support to general customers and Senior Executive Service members, General Officers, Flag Officers, Military Officers at the O-5 rank or higher and Federal Civil Servants
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems
- Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting support for break‑fix issues
- Provide mission, test, event, and conference support
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot mobile devices
- Provide escalation and status updates to MDA customers
- Provide technical support for enterprise projects
- Resolve daily battle rhythm tasks
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications
- Provide a rotation of on‑call support
- Mentor team members to promote technical growth
- Promote a positive work environment
- Communicate written and verbal situational awareness to management and government leadership in a concise professional manner
- Work well under pressure
- Be resourceful and creative with solutions
- Display a strong functional knowledge of the position
- Be able to prioritize tasks and continuously improve time management

Requirements- Must have 10 or more years of general (full‑time) work experience (may be reduced with completion of advanced education)
- Must have 6 years of related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting
- Must have experience working in a customer‑facing role
- Must have a current DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE or higher
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Have 3 years of experience working in a management or leadership role
- Have an ITILv3 foundation certification
- Have experience supporting senior executives and military officers at the O-5 rank or higher
This position is expected to pay $100,000 – $120,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
