Tek Five is seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in support of the Huntsville Operations Support Center (HOSC). The HOSC provides critical engineering and scientific support for space missions including the International Space Station (ISS), the Space Launch System (SLS), the Artemis lunar missions, and various commercial crew and satellite initiatives. The HOSC serves as a hub for real-time mission operations, data management, and coordination between NASA centers, international partners, and payload developers.

The work location for this position is at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective team collaboration to achieve project objectives. This role is crucial in guiding teams through the Scrum framework, promoting continuous improvement, and addressing any impediments that may hinder progress.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring adherence to Agile development methods and frameworks.
• Implement and support Agile and Continuous Delivery practices that enhance scaling Agile within an enterprise environment.
• Utilize Agile development frameworks to improve task estimation, test automation, deployment automation, and Continuous Integration, enhancing execution speed and product quality.
• Manage technology scope and risk, ensuring they align with project objectives and constraints.
• Oversee technical quality in deliverables through Agile processes, actively supporting continuous process improvements.
• Deliver agile software solutions by employing best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Adaptable Software Design.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or federal environment, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Track record of successfully launching projects on time and on budget.
• Demonstrable ability to track projects with hands on use of tools such as Jira.
• Ability to document detailed notes, action plans, project status reports, and task schedules.
• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
