The Information Technology Analyst - Jr. (Power Platform Developer) supports digital transformation initiatives for the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO).

Responsibilities- Collaborate with functional owners, SMEs, analysts, and end users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI and related tools
- Build customer-facing dashboards and reports with advanced data visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making
- Perform end-to-end data lifecycle activities, including data sourcing, transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Develop digital processes, workflows, and applications to support business transformation and knowledge management initiatives
- Integrate data from multiple enterprise IT and Army systems to create centralized analytics environments
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Power BI and related analytics platforms hosted within Army infrastructure
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across solutions
- Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and sustainment of deployed applications and dashboards
- Communicate technical concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in digital processes and analytics capabilities
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI and related tools)
- Strong experience across the full data lifecycle (requirements, data sourcing, transformation, modeling, visualization)
- Experience building dashboards and reports with advanced data visualizations
- Experience developing digital workflows, applications, and knowledge management solutions
- Experience working with enterprise IT systems and data platforms (government/Army experience preferred)
- Experience administering and maintaining Power BI or enterprise analytics environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
