Location:

Huntsville, AL – corporate HQ at Cummings Research Park. This is not a teleworking position. US citizenship required.

The Corporate IT Manager will oversee all aspects of our information technology infrastructure and support our network administrator. The role ensures smooth and secure operation of IT systems and networks across all locations, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure with team members, including servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Track and monitor system and task status, data storage, retention, retrieval, reviews, and audits of system functions.
• Check quality and accuracy of work performed by team members.
• Manage the company’s firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Act as a backup network administrator.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Manage IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and network expansions.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and industry best practices (e.g., NIST, CMMC).
• Manage a CMMC enclave system.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage the IT budget.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• 12 years total experience in IT solutions.
• BS in Computer Science (CS) or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• 3 years as a system manager in a DoD‑funded contractor facility or government facility.
• 3 years managing an IT support team.
• Experience working within the defense industry and passing audits with relevant security auditors (CMMC, etc.).
• 1 year experience administering RSA two‑factor authentication.
• 3 years management experience with Corporate Level AS9100D ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, DFARS compliant processes.
• An active Secret Security Clearance is required. (Top Secret clearance is a bonus).
