Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates (US Citizens with active ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its sub contract with work share on a Project with a Major Prime) for the following position for a federal agency.

Location:
Huntsville, AL (project with a federal intel agency) - ONSITE
- Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle. Guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team’s progress toward team goals, lead, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high‑performing team, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and level‑of‑estimate activities, and provide the team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions.
- Lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations.
- Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline

An employee must complete all required paperwork for health and dental insurance in the first 30 days of employment. All full‑time employees (W‑2) or W‑2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) program after 90 days of employment, with a 4% company match that vests immediately. In addition, all W‑2 employees are eligible for the company’s profit‑sharing plan with no employee contributions required.
