Observability and AI Ops Architect, Senior
We are seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in both AI technologies and enterprise performance monitoring. This role combines strategic AI advising with hands‑on observability engineering to support government initiatives and enterprise monitoring solutions. You will lead efforts to implement AI Ops capabilities and drive down operational costs while increasing overall system availability by leveraging AI to triage and resolve incidents, make suggestions to human counterparts, and avoid incidents altogether.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience with integration engineering
- 4+ years of experience in an AI Architect or consultant role
- Experience in developing governance frameworks for AI initiatives
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools
- Experience with Service Now ITSM and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the AI landscape, including generative AI and emerging technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Master’s degree in a Computer Science or Electronics Engineering field and 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or 20+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
- Experience with VA systems
- Experience with Service Now Visual Task Boards
- Knowledge of ChatGPT, CoPilot, Llama2, or other AI applications
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior leadership
- Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, and AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty certifications
