Summary:
Supports Army readiness, modernization, and equipment management efforts through analysis, coordination, and implementation of equipping guidance across Army organizations. Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
* Analyze Army equipping guidance and modernization initiatives.
* Coordinate readiness and equipment management efforts across ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs.
* Support Army Strategic Readiness Assessments and Total Army Readiness Reviews.
* Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries.
* Track readiness metrics and materiel support requirements.
* Support modernization and fleet management initiatives. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
* Excellent analytical and briefing skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum 10 years of Army logistics experience.
* Minimum 5 years supporting ACOM, ASCC, or equivalent headquarters organizations.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, SharePoint, and Army readiness systems.
* Clearance:
Active Secret
Preferred Qualifications:
* Former Army logistics planner or readiness analyst.
