  • Provide hands‑on architecture and design reviews for complex or high‑impact analytics
  • Act as escalation point for performance optimization, model design, and advanced DAX issues
  • Ensure appropriate use of Row‑Level Security (RLS), Object‑Level Security (OLS), and governance controls
Stakeholder & Demand Management
  • Act as the senior reporting point‑of‑contact for business and ERP stakeholders
  • Translate business questions into scalable, enterprise‑ready reporting solutions
  • Balance enterprise governance with pragmatic business delivery
  • Clearly communicate trade‑offs, priorities, and roadmap implications
  • Enablement & Community Leadership
  • Oversee development of Power BI training materials and internal best‑practice guidance
  • Sponsor and run internal Power BI user group sessions (quarterly or more frequently)

  • Advanced semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning
  • Large‑scale enterprise datasets
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, One Lake, Direct Lake and Fabric‑aligned modeling patterns)
  • Deep experience with dimensional modeling (star / snowflake schemas), SQL optimization, and query performance
  • On‑premises gateways and cloud transition strategies
  • Experience implementing RLS / OLS, governance, data quality checks, and documentation standards
  • Familiarity with Git‑based source control and CI/CD patterns for Power BI and Fabric artifacts
Preferred Qualifications
