Database Architect – Boston, MA (Onsite)

Duration: 6‑12 months. Full‑time, hourly‑based. State of New York HBITS contract.

We are building a team for one of the U.Federal Government’s largest technology modernization programs, underpinning the technology built on AWS and leveraging an AI‑powered software engineering platform.

• Design and maintain logical and physical dimensional data models.
• Support data architecture to ensure security, performance, and availability of enterprise‑wide database systems.

Immediate need. Build and maintain data architecture based on requirements.

• Design and develop logical and physical data models.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and availability for enterprise systems.

Hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. 3‑month contract with potential for extension.

• Design, develop, and implement highly complex, reliable, and scalable databases across on‑premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Implement security, performance, and availability solutions for enterprise‑wide database systems.

Contract (12 months with potential for extension). Requires a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly high. Aerospace / Defense / Aviation focus.

• Design and maintain data architecture for defense‑related systems.
• Implement security, performance, and availability measures to protect classified data.

• Locations include Boston, MA;
  Albany, NY;
  Hamilton, NJ; and Miami, FL.
• Contract durations range from 6 to 12 months, with some positions offering potential extensions.
• Roles involve designing logical and physical data models, managing database security, and ensuring high performance and availability.

The positions are full‑time and require strong experience in database architecture, performance tuning, and cloud-based database management.
