Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support:
Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications. - System Management:
Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems. - Security:
Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity. - Collaboration:
Work with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide user guidance. - User Support:
Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field (equivalent education or experience considered).
- 2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles (equivalent experience considered).
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Experience managing and configuring Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra , and Intune experience.
- Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu) and Red Hat Satellite Server.
- Mac OS and Mac Support.
- Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A+, Network+, Security+).
- CompTIA Security +, CompTIA A+, MS-900 - M365 Fundamentals.
