MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior Dev Sec Ops Engineer with a strong background in secure cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes operations, and policy‑as‑code enforcement. This senior role supports mission‑critical defense programs and requires deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands‑on experience in high‑assurance environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and operate Azure Government (IL5) and Azure Secret (IL6) environments
- Architect secure Kubernetes platforms using FluxCD, Git Lab CI/CD, and Git Ops methodologies
- Build and maintain Terraform configurations for Azure, Git Lab, Artifactory, and developer platforms
- Deploy and administer Coder Enterprise v2 for secure cloud‑based development
- Develop hardened container images and Helm releases for regulated workloads
- Implement policy‑as‑code using OPA, Rego, Gatekeeper, and advanced validation pipelines
- Engineer air‑gapped deployment workflows and secure artifact transfer mechanisms
- Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, security, and platform reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, Dev Sec Ops , or secure cloud/platform engineering
- Active U.S. Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- 20+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or intelligence community systems
