Business Analytics Developer - PM ACE Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update recurring financial reports for PAE ACE stakeholders
• Build, refine, and troubleshoot pivot tables and Excel-based analyses to support financial tracking
• Support budget execution data reviews and help identify discrepancies or reporting errors
• Assist with Power Platform reporting tools (Power BI dashboards, Power Automate workflows) as needed
• Respond to routine data requests from program and financial management staff
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and source systems

• General understanding of government budget execution processes;
  DoD experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based analysis
• Working familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI at minimum)
• Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain recurring reporting products accurately
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with moderate oversight

• Prior experience supporting an Army or DoD financial management office

• Familiarity with DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, GCSS-Army) a plus
• Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate beyond basic use
