Parry Labs in Dallas, TX is seeking a talented IT Support Technician to provide frontline IT support for business users, services, and systems. This is a temporary six-month role focused on end-user support, incident response, and provisioning of new workstations and software.
You will handle level-1 helpdesk tasks, setup hardware and software, assist with password resets, and collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, reliable operations across locations.
