Role Description

The Echo / Deployment Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Huntsville–Decatur–Albertville Area. This role focuses on deploying and operationalizing Palantir-based solutions within government mission environments, working directly with end users to understand their workflows, data challenges, and operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and refining requirements, configuring and testing Palantir platforms, designing workflows and data integrations, and translating mission problems into scalable technical solutions.

The strategist collaborates with cross-functional teams, conducts user training and enablement sessions, and provides ongoing support to ensure solutions are adopted effectively and deliver measurable mission outcomes. The role also involves documenting best practices, identifying opportunities for optimization, and communicating progress and insights to both customer and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Experience in solution deployment and implementation, including requirements gathering, workflow design, and platform configuration for complex data or mission environments.
  • Background in data analysis or data operations, with the ability to interpret mission data, define data models, and collaborate on integrations and dashboards.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including facilitation of workshops, user training, and clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work on-site in mission-focused settings, operate independently and within cross-functional teams, and adapt quickly to changing operational needs.
  • Understanding of or interest in government, defense, or national security missions; prior experience in a government or contractor role is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar experience) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Palantir platforms or comparable data/analytics tools is a strong plus; willingness to learn and master Palantir technologies is essential.
  • Eligibility to work on U.S. government projects; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required by
