Project Engineer (Scrum Master) Jobs

In this role, you'll support C2

BMC teams by collaborating with the Systems Engineering and Verification team to promote effective agile practices, enhance team performance, and remove obstacles. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile software development teams and strong interpersonal skills. US citizenship is required because this position requires government security clearance. Work will be conducted onsite in a secure environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Scrum Master, Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 2 years of experience; or a Master's degree in a related field with 0 years of relevant work experience; or 6 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
• Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry-recognized Agile certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., CSM, or Scrum Alliance
• Experience driving continuous improvement and standardization across diverse stakeholder groups
• Comfortable imparting knowledge and drawing on experience to guide Agile teams
• Common scaling principles, frameworks, and patterns through coaching and education
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
