Job DescriptionMultiple positions available. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in information systems, data management, computer science, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related data-focused role. Candidates should have a working knowledge of data governance concepts, including data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship, as well as experience with data cataloging and/or metadata management practices.
Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries is necessary, along with familiarity with DoD and NIST data handling, classification, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Active security clearance and DoD 8570 Level II/III certification are required.
Desired qualifications include familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, model APIs, evaluation frameworks, and agent testing harnesses. Experience with model hosting, inference pipelines, or cloud-based AI development environments is also desirable. Understanding of secure AI development practices, data protection, and operational constraints in government settings is important. Experience supporting defense, cyber, intelligence, or mission application development is preferred, along with familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflows, AI assurance, and evaluation methodologies.
Working knowledge of one or more agentic or orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, CrewAI, Haystack, Llama Index, or similar ecosystems is also desirable. Experience with Python, JavaScript/Type Script, or similar languages commonly used in AI application development is preferred.
