Source-to-Pay Application Analyst

• Design, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations between Ivalua EAIs/ETLs and enterprise systems or third‑party transaction partners
• Analyze JSON/XML payloads, authentication flows, SQL queries, and integration logs to resolve data or mapping issues
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Ivalua modules across Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts
• Propose scalable, maintainable solutions for evolving business requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve system reliability
• Diagnose and resolve application defects, data discrepancies, and integration failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Co‑lead unit testing, regression testing, and UAT cycles for features, integrations, patches, hotfixes, and releases/upgrades
• Coordinate with Ivalua support and implementation/consulting partners on enhancements, bugs, and escalations
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support
• Document functional and technical specifications for new requirements as needed
• Provide Tier 2/3 user support, guidance, and best practices for procurement processes and transactions
• Maintain role-based access and compliance controls across the Source-to-Pay platform

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years supporting Ivalua or another enterprise Source-to-Pay platform, such as SAP Ariba or Coupa
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, supplier management, and contracts processes and data structures
• Hands‑on experience building and supporting integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP web services, SFTP, and integration middleware such as Boomi, Mule Soft, or SAP PI/PO
• Ability to read and interpret JSON, XML, SQL, and integration logs
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• US citizenship required
• Must not currently hold a work visa or require a work visa in the future

Demonstrates expertise in Ivalua and enterprise Source-to-Pay platforms, with strong capabilities in integration design, troubleshooting, and optimization. Proficient in analyzing data structures and providing user support while ensuring compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.
