• Design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML models for defense-related applications.
• Support RMF activities across all phases, including documentation, control implementation, security assessments, and continuous monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance on AI model lifecycle management, model evaluation, data governance, and ethical AI considerations.
• Support system integration, testing, and accreditation efforts.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, information security, cyber security, or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data-driven system design.
* Experience in designing, developing, and evaluating agentic AI
* Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 security controls and DoW cybersecurity policies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
* U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance prior to start
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in computer science, information technology, cyber security, engineering, or related field
* Active Secret security clearance
* Experience deploying AI/ML models within secure environments.
* Familiarity with MLOps practices, model explainability techniques, or high-assurance system design.
* Prior experience supporting Navy programs, laboratories, or warfare centers.
