AI Engineers ​/ Security and Data with Security Clearance

MULTIPLE POSITIONS

- Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related data-focused role

• Working knowledge of data governance concepts, including data quality, metadata management, and data stewardship

• Experience with data cataloging and/or metadata management practices

• Proficiency writing and interpreting SQL queries

• Familiarity with DoD and NIST data handling, classification, and compliance requirements

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team

• Active Security Clearance required
• DoD 8570 Level II/III certification required

- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, model APIs, evaluation frameworks, and agent testing harnesses.
- Exposure to model hosting, inference pipelines, or cloud-based AI development environments.
- Understanding of secure AI development practices, data protection, and operational constraints in government settings.
- Experience supporting defense, cyber, intelligence, or mission application development.
- Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflows, AI assurance, and evaluation methodologies.
- Working knowledge of one or more agentic or orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, CrewAI, Haystack, Llama Index, or similar ecosystems.

- Experience with Python, JavaScript/Type Script, or similar languages commonly used in AI application development.
