* Provide Situational Awareness and Mission Analysis by leading MRT-C/cyberspace terrain mapping, data capture, and mission-based risk assessments to identify cyber terrain vulnerabilities and operational dependencies.
* Identify, Validate, and Prioritize Task Critical Assets (TCAs) and Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) through critical asset dependency analysis, mission decomposition, and the maintenance of Asset Defense Plans (ADPs) and Operational Risk Assessments (ORAs).
* Provide leadership for Operational Technology (OT) environments (FRCS/ICS), supporting the execution of Mission Assurance Assessments (MAAs) and contributing directly to the Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS).
* Establish, govern, and execute a comprehensive environment discovery and assessment process, encompassing on-site facility assessments, tool oversight, and active coordination between mission owners, technical stakeholders, and senior leadership.
* Lead compliance and tool governance by ensuring the maintenance of system authorization boundaries, aligning activities with RMF and DoD directives, and managing the teams use of Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) per JFHQ-DODIN 8600-26 and HQDA EXORD 133-24.
* Help develop and execute a data-driven knowledge management strategy to capture system/risk data, deliver actionable threat intelligence, and provide strategic recommendations, briefings, and white papers to executive-level leadership.
* Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Information Assurance, or a related technical field with 7+ years of experience in mission impact analysis, critical infrastructure protection, and cyber compliance; OR a Master's degree with 5+ years of the equivalent experience.
* Demonstrated experience in military mission analysis, specifically working with Mission Relevant Terrain in Cyberspace (MRT-C), resilient C5IM capabilities, and critical asset correlation (KT-C).
* Direct, hands-on experience securing Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) using established cybersecurity standards (such as NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443).
* Must have valid US passport.
* Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Successfully pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
* Active DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level II or III baseline certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, or GSLC) are highly preferred.
* Technical certifications that demonstrate depth in auditing or hands-on defense (such as CEH, GCIH, or GRID for industrial control systems).
* Prior experience leading assessments aligned with JFHQ-DODIN 8600-26, HQDA EXORD 133-24, and the overarching DoD Mission Assurance Construct (DoDD 3020.45).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Advanced skill in interpreting complex operational environments, identifying mission-critical systems, and assessing cyber terrain vulnerabilities.
* Familiarity with the Department of Defense mobilization process and the operational footprint of Mobilization Force Generation Installations (MFGIs) supporting force projection
* Expertise in process decomposition, analyzing complex operational workflows, and translating intricate procedures into clear, structured visual process flows.
* Proven experience conducting threat, vulnerability, adversary likelihood, and mission impact risk analyses.
* Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project, or equivalent project management, data analysis, and technical diagramming tools.
* Deep technical understanding of DoW Mission Assurance directives, including DoDD 3020.45, HQDA EXORD 133-24, and JFHQ-DODIN EXORD 8600-26.
* Ability to standardize operational data capture, implement secure metadata tagging, and build secure dashboards visualizing TCA/DCI posture, vulnerabilities, and network segmentation.
* Direct familiarity with DoD systems of record, including MARMS, the Enterprise Mission Assurance Analysis Portal (EMAAP), and Component Critical Asset Management Systems.
* Proficiency in cybersecurity risk assessments, defense compliance, and mission-based asset identification.
* Proven ability to analyze mission-critical dependencies and develop actionable, strategic risk mitigation plans.
