Technical Specialist I

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Technical Specialist I to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.

• Assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts. Reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.
• Coordinating with Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to aid in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request.
• Providing support for foreign visits requests to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platform, tracking all assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitoring all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and reporting back to customer, attending and briefing the customer on the Sustainment cases during meetings and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Responding to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding, ensuring obligation plans are documented properly, reviewing goals and providing recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.
• Drafting memorandums of request for Action Items, coordinating LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS).
• Assisting in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports, preparing material for Country briefings, reports and memorandums, and assisting in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings.
