Overview:

Ignite is currently recruiting a Management Analyst to support customer efforts in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills paired with excellent data analysis, financial management planning and reporting abilities, and budget development activities. This position is responsible for managing and tracking support agreements, memorandum of agreements, reimbursable agreements, Army and Joint taskers, and data reporting in addition to providing executive-level communications and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Data Reporting and Agreement Management:
    • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information. Review submissions for accuracy, formatting, and content.
    • Develop and maintain data reporting mechanisms utilizing various automated systems and Microsoft 365 suite of tools to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
    • Support financial management planning and budget development activities.
    • Manage and track support agreements, memorandum of agreements, and reimbursable agreements ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
    • Process, issue, and submit responses to Army and Joint level taskings, operation orders, and requests for information.
    • Coordinate requirements throughout the Army’s modernization enterprise interfacing with the Combined Arms Command, Futures and Concepts Command, the Portfolio Acquisition Executives as needed.
    • Conserve the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
    • Coordinate, prepare, and present materials needed for weekly staff calls and status reports.
    • Provide weekly reports to executives regarding the status of various documents.
    • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Office Management:
    • Complete projects and follow up on results to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Additional Duties as required:
    • Contribute to the team’s effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
    • Support evolving and varied customer requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and travel logistics, including Defense Travel System.
  • Strong proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
  • Strong initiative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • On-site, direct customer support is required.
