Job Description

The Software CI/CD Engineer will be responsible for working to implement and maintain a standardized CI/CD pipeline for use by all of the Product Teams across two development sites. The applicant will be required to work closely with the Cyber and Platforms ART to ensure that the tools and applications within the pipeline and maintained and conform to security and other requirements.

The applicant will need to present regular updates on the status of the pipeline and work to resolve any issues.

Skills Required
  • Linux system administration, System Security Implementations
  • Experience with all or some of Git, Nexus, Jenkins, Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with CI/CD especially in a classified development environment
  • Experience working with Dev Sec Ops
  • Experience with Linux shell scripting, Ansible playbook development and management, Security-Enhanced (SE) Linux and Red Hat repository administration
  • Experience working in a Agile development environment
Desired skills
  • Knowledge of all or some of the following:
    Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) , Multi-Factor Authentication implementation like IPA and ADFS, Open Shift, Open Stack, VMware ESXI, QAS/VAS, Windows, Active Directory, Backup and Recovery, Containers and Container Orchestration products
  • Understand the concept of PaaS and SaaS. Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and how it applies to IT and IT products
  • Experience working within classified environments to implement CI/CD pipelines to support multiple software releases and build versions
  • The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work independently, and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Candidate will need to be able to work with multiple disciplinary teams especially Systems Admins, IT and Security
  • Applicant should have good working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Security+ certification will be required no later than 60 days after starting the position
Education Required
  • Bachelor's Degree (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science) or significant professional experience. Masters degree highly desired.
  • Secret Clearance Required to start

Estimated Pay Range: $100,000 USD - $122,000 USD
