Mid-Level Cyber Systems Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers across physical and cloud-based environments
• Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Implement system updates, security patches, and firmware upgrades
• Manage and optimize enterprise resources within AWS and/or Azure, including virtual machines, cloud storage, and identity services
• Design, establish, and monitor backup solutions and disaster recovery protocols
• Monitor system health and optimize performance metrics
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and RBAC
• Maintain configurations and documentation necessary to meet CMMC requirements
• Provision and manage Microsoft Intune for BYOD and corporate-owned devices
• Oversee security policies and automated app deployments
• Author and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Travel up to 25% as required

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable IT experience in system administration or related roles
• Proficiency in Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a structured IT environment
• Strong background in Windows Server and Linux administration
• Knowledge of networking protocols
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure services
• Scripting experience with Power Shell or Bash
• Knowledge of system security
• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Active CompTIA Security+
• Ability to travel up to 25%
