Axyde Analytics is recruiting a Junior Systems Developer to support coding, testing, documentation, and lifecycle development for our proposed SCOS program. The developer will work under the Lead Data Systems Developer to build and sustain controlled tools supporting Army logistics analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, test, debug, document, and maintain approved software, data-processing, reporting, and automation components.
- Support requirements traceability, source control, code review, test cases, defect tracking, releases, and configuration documentation.
- Assist with secure data integration and analytical workflows using authorized sources and environments.
- Produce user, administrator, interface, test, and lifecycle documentation.
- Support RMF/ATO evidence and remediate documented findings under lead supervision.
- Follow least-privilege, data-handling, change-control, and no-unauthorized-write-back requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience will be considered.
- At least 2 years of relevant software development, testing, data, or systems experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of a modern programming language, SQL, version control, testing, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, learning agility, and teamwork.
- Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.
- Python, JavaScript/Type Script, C#/.NET, Java, Power Platform, or data-pipeline experience.
- DoD, Army logistics-system, RMF/ATO, NIST, or Government-authorized environment experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment is contingent upon contract award, completion of Axyde’s hiring process, and satisfaction of all Government security and access requirements.
