Agile Product Lead; Top Secret

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Agile Product Lead to support a brand-new contract for the FBI in Huntsville, AL. The team is seeking an individual with expertise aligning mission and technical needs to ensure products and features are ready for release across cloud, data, application, and migration work streams. Details below:

Responsibilities of the Agile Product Lead:

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Align features with cloud, data, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage product roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery priorities.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and technical leads to drive sprint execution.
• Coordinate with development, QA, cloud, and data teams.
• Lead backlog refinement, estimation, and cross-team planning.
• Communicate feature goals, business value, and delivery expectations.
• Gather requirements and prioritize needs with stakeholders and leadership.
• Deliver briefings, roadmap updates, and status reports.
• Track product progress, risks, and performance metrics.
• Validate feature quality, completeness, and user acceptance.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and release planning.
• Create and maintain product documentation and artifacts.
• Monitor team velocity, throughput, and sprint performance.
• Ensure compliance with program, contractual, and governance requirements.

Qualifications of the Agile Product Lead:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8+ years in product ownership, Agile delivery, or technical program support
• Active Top Secret clearance
• Proven experience leading Agile teams, prioritizing product backlogs, and delivering technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data solutions, application development, and modernization initiatives.
• Skilled at translating business and technical requirements into clear, mission-focused user stories.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Compensation of the Agile Product Lead:

• Total compensation based on experience level - $115,000-$128,000+
  ** based on experience level and total years of experience**
