Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Dev Sec Ops CI/CD Engineer to support a company focused on modernizing critical federal systems and delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions for national security missions. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL
. The Senior Dev Sec Ops CI/CD Engineer will lead the development and optimization of secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud delivery capabilities across AWS and hybrid environments. Join a mission-driven team supporting high-impact federal programs where secure, reliable application delivery directly contributes to national security and operational excellence.
- Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments
- Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar technologies
- Integrate security controls, compliance validations, logging, monitoring, and alerting throughout the software delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with Full Stack, Cloud, QA Automation, Data Engineering, and Product teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize pipeline performance, and support major release readiness activities
- 8+ years of experience in Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD engineering, secure automation, or related disciplines
- Experience with CI/CD platforms including Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Cloud Formation, and secure development best practices
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, automation scripting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
