North Alabama Restorations Inc. is seeking a high-performing Insurance Restoration Project Estimator & Claims Specialist to join our Sales & Client Relations team.

This is not a back‑office estimating role. This is a field‑based, revenue‑driving position responsible for inspecting property damage, writing detailed Xactimate scopes, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and securing signed restoration contracts.

You will serve as the critical link between homeowner, insurance carrier, and production team — ensuring every project is accurately scoped, properly approved, and positioned for profitability. This role directly impacts company growth and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct on‑site property inspections to assess residential damage
• Document losses with detailed notes and professional photography
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate Xactimate estimates
• Submit estimates through Xactanalysis and carrier program systems
• Communicate and negotiate scope and pricing directly with insurance adjusters
• Build trust with homeowners and secure signed restoration contracts
• Meet and exceed individual and company revenue targets
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project transitions
• Manage multiple active claims and deadlines simultaneously
• Maintain professional and ethical representation of the company at all times

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or insurance restoration estimating
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Xactimate experience required
• Experience with Xactanalysis (certification preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
  
  Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• $30,000–$60,000+ annual performance bonus potential

Monday–Friday

On‑call rotation for mitigation claims approximately four times per year

Based in Huntsville, AL

Field‑based role servicing residential properties across North Alabama

Daily local travel required; company vehicle provided
